fb7 App Terms of Use

As in Dhaka's nights, the rule is simple: by using the fb7 App you agree to these Terms, User Agreement, and Service Terms.

The service framework in use since 2022 applies to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket-based use as well.

Eligibility Rules

To use the fb7 App, you must be at least 18 years old, and you must have a legally opened account in Bangladesh.

Your information must be accurate
One account per person

Users in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet also meet the same conditions; the next section on responsibility is the most important.

Your Responsibility

Whether logging in at 11 p.m. or a small dawn check, the responsibility is in your hands. Keep fb7 login information confidential, and do not share OTP or password with anyone.

Keep your own records and devices secure
Do not register with incorrect information
Avoid suspicious access on multiple devices
Get help quickly if problems arise

The rules are small, but the importance is big; following them keeps the account integrity

Prohibited Use

Some activities are strictly prohibited in the fb7 App; if seen, the security team will take swift action.

Accounts cannot be opened under a fraudulent identity
Bots, scripts, or auto-tools are not allowed
Do not steal or share others' information
No unauthorized interference with the system
Use that violates Bangladesh law is prohibited

This limit has remained the same since 2022 to keep the service terms precise

Liability

fb7 App tries to maintain 99.3% uptime at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur due to network, devices, or third parties

In such cases, direct financial loss liability is limited; you may contact support and provide details of the issue
